I am extremely disappointed with my experience. One of the biggest issues was the pricing. When I signed up, I was told that my monthly payment would remain the same for a year. However, within just a few months, the amount I was being charged had almost doubled. This was completely unexpected and left me feeling misled. To make matters worse, when I vacated the office, I left it spotless, returned the keys, and even paid to have the room repainted at my own expense. Despite this, I was still charged restoration fees that I do not believe were justified, along with a late fee. As a small business owner, I expected honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. Instead, I felt that unexpected costs kept being added throughout my time with Regus. The whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. If you’re considering Regus, I would strongly recommend reading every clause of your agreement carefully, keeping records of everything, and taking photos when you move out. Based on my experience, I would not use them again.

I look forward to coming into Regus Windsor, it's clean and modern and has a great feel. Adam on the front desk is super helpful and nothing is a problem. He is happy to help whatever the situation and gets things sorted quickly.
