Unfortunately Basepoint not a suitable place for a meeting of any sort. All Parking spots marked as reserved, no obvious allocated visitor parking, a grumpy receptionist who's seldom in reception and ignored visitors, insufficient information notices.Unfortunately NHS still sets up appointments here. Edit: I'm a visitor to one of the offices, your ticketing system isn't relevant to me, I speak for the visitors. Please incorporate empathetic policies for better visitor experience. Thanks 🙏
