We held our annual Team Day at West Midlands House for the first time this year and what a fantastic find for us! The venue location was within easy reach via public transport and free car park for our staff and Trustees with easy and secure access, makes for a worry-free day. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was too much to ask for, we were well looked after and treated to a scrumptious lunch and endless tea and coffee on hand. Plans are underway for a possible return next year; there’s just no better place to host our annual team get together, we look forward to coming back again!

Exceptional service and professional environment. I recently rented an office at West Midlands House and the entire experience has been outstanding. The building is well-maintained, secure, and offers a very professional working environment with excellent facilities. A special mention to Miss Hannah, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming from day one. She guided me through the onboarding process with such professionalism and kindness, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly reflect the high standards of service at West Midlands House. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional office space in the area!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with West Midlands House.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with West Midlands House, who is more than happy to help out.
