I have been a tenant at foundry house for 8 months now and absolutely love working at such a modern accessible and friendly workplace. As a psychotherapist my client's are always looked after by our wonderful concierge Keighley. Her ability to put clients at ease as they await their session is always noted. She makes a really positive impression and clients always comment on her as 'the nice lady at reception'.Thrive feels more like a family every time I come to work and the space itself is outstanding. Victor was incredible when I approached him regarding renting my space, he did all he could to support me and accommodate my needs as a new sole trader. I hope to be here for many years to come. Thank you Sterling properties for offering such fabulous accommodation and support. Nothing is to much for Keighley, Victor and the wider foundry house team.

Nice facilities all good amenities everything you need under one roof... All areas are spotless and kept clean and tidy. Each and every person in the building is very friendly and very helpful. The kitchen area is a nice meeting place where we can relax make toast and tea and have dinner. Keighley the concierche has made an impact on Thrive as she is the heart of everyone here. She has a very kind considerate helpful nature and there is nothing she woudln't do to make your life at work more comfortable. She has a very warm smile welcoming smile everyday when we arrive through the doors, even if we are having a bad day she will always turn that around with her laughter and her kind words. I would like to say she is an absolute credit to Thrive and I know everyone here feels the same way.... Thank you to the Thrive team who keep everything running smoothly.

Plentiful parking, nice building and great atmosphere to work in. Thanks to Keighley, pleasant, friendly staff. Common areas and toilets/showers are always clean and tidy.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Thrive Office Space.
