Very disappointing experience. I brought my dog with me when I viewed the unit, as she is always with me, but was only told after signing up and paying that dogs weren't allowed in the facility. I contacted them the very next day to cancel, which was made unnecessarily difficult. I was then told they had made the dog restriction clear from the outset, which simply wasn't true. Had I known, I would never have signed up. UPDATE: Following this review, they have agreed to cancel the notice period, so I am only being charged for the days the unit was actually used. However, I want to clarify that the issue was not a misunderstanding. I had my dog with me when I viewed the 1st time and was not told that dogs were prohibited. I was only made aware of the policy after signing up and paying. What particularly disappointed me was being told by email that the dog policy had been made clear to me from the outset. This was simply not true. They only offered to rectify the situation and remove the notice period after I left this Google review, despite me trying to resolve the matter directly with them beforehand. I have now vacated, but I am still out of pocket for the days of storage, and an overpriced padlock I had to purchase from them, plus the considerable time wasted dealing with the situation. While I appreciate that the notice period has now been removed, I still would not recommend them based on my experience

The management here are amazing, always very helpful. Alice and Lisa are amazing. They work hard, both are a true asset to the company. The storage team widnes would not be the same without them.
I have been a customer of the storage team in widnes for some time now. I find the quality of the facilities too be outstanding, the building and it's exterior are always clean and well cared for. The management Alice and Lisa are brilliant they work really hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. Give these lady's a pay rise.
Excellent self-storage facility! The girls are always so friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything you need. The whole process has been easy and stress-free thanks to their great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for safe and reliable storage.
