Since Amelie and Lucy joined the reception team at Spaces, the atmosphere has completely transformed. They are consistently welcoming, genuinely helpful, and always greet you with a smile. Their professionalism and responsiveness make a real difference day to day, and they leave a lasting positive impression on our clients. Before they arrived, we were thinking of moving to a new office space office space locally as the staff and service had dwindled to a poor standard since we moved in, in 2020. The improvement these women have made is significant the space now feels positive, well-managed, and somewhere you actually enjoy working from! Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, which hasn’t gone unnoticed. This feedback is specifically a reflection of Amelie and Lucy, whose impact has been exceptional! While my experience with the wider company and previous staffing was far less positive, their leadership and attitude have completely changed the day-to-day experience within the building. They are a real credit to the space and this place would have continued on a vastly downhill slope without them.
