Pleasant overall 3* stay at YOOOSERV over the past few months. The reception team, particularly the main front-of-house staff, are outstanding - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. However, a recurring issue has been the slow and unreliable WIFI, which has persisted since we moved in. Unfortunately, YOOOSERV does not have an in-house IT team and instead outsources this function. This has led to prolonged delays and ongoing back-and-forth without resolution - the connection remains slow. For context, our previous office in Chessington was a quarter of the cost, and we had zero WIFI issues for over two years. To management: this is a premium space with premium pricing - it would be well worth investing in a dedicated IT presence on-site to match the otherwise professional setup.

Great place for office space, clean, spacious and a pleasure to visit and work. Two of the concierge team were brilliant, friendly and very professional. The others were arogant, awkward and useless.
