We've used lots of storage spaces in the past but Charterspace are by far the best. The facility is super secure, its very well lit, the corridors are wide and its all one one level. All of this makes loading easy. Thanks Sam and Jordan for a really smooth move :)
Absolute lifesavers! Couldn’t recommend Charter Space enough. My friend and I recently moved out of our place and had the best experience here. We called them up and managed to move everything in on the exact same day. Usually, you have to commit to at least a month, but the staff were so lovely and flexible—they found a way to sort us out for just the two weeks we actually needed.We were actually planning on getting two separate units, but they honestly advised us that sharing one larger unit would save us money. Since everything is run completely through their app, sharing the space is a breeze. There are no keys to pass back and forth; it just uses your location to let you into the building and the unit, so both of us can head over whenever we need to.On top of that, the customer service was just amazing. One of the workers even let us use their van for the move, with the crazy amount of stuff we had, which saved us a massive headache and made the whole day so much easier.If you need storage, definitely go here. They are honest, incredibly helpful, and made a stressful, last-minute move so much easier for us!

This place is excellent. The storage facilities are clean and accessible via an app which is so convenient. Jordan the manager welcomed us and showed us around. There are toilets and we were even often a hot or cold drink. It was very easy and very efficient. I’d definitely recommend.
