I am not one to normally not to show support for a fellow business but in this instance it must be done. We were tenants at Oak house since 2023, moving from our previous office space after 12 years was a big move. We entered oak house with a new lease of life to grow our business with large open plan communal areas, modern meeting rooms this was the place to give our team a modern way of working. However upon arrival these areas were quickly sold and converted to offices. bad start but hey ho. Fast forward 2 years we attempt to exit, offered an alternative space, we took it, thanks. in July 2025 we receive notice the space we occupied has been let and we need to leave by 1st September. Offered alternative space not suitable we declined. we continued to decline any offer of alternative space and exited on the 31st August 2025. We are then contacted by management to advise we have "never written the words, we are ending our tenancy" and therefore they are still charging us for an office we have never agreed to, seen or occupied. No clause in the contract stating if we decline alternative space they can roll on our contract, the complaints process is a joke and we never heard anything (by all accounts its the same person), their regulatory body never replies so fat lot of good that is! We attempted to call for the use of their better judgement but were "brushed off". In order to force payment our post was held hostage (again in an office we don't have access to, nor have ever seen) until we involved the police. Causing huge distress to the business and its clients. all this despite payment of the rent!. We have now finished the tenancy and the long fight to get our deposit back (we knew this would happen!), as now we are faced with various other charges we have no idea what they are! the fight continues! BE WARY! Speak to tenants or ex tenants before signing up, as they will be looking to take what they can from you! get advice, get your contracts checked, everything in writing! Quick Update - 12/12/2025 - no sign of intention to return deposit. more spurious invoices though!

Great location, modern and spacious offices which are very well maintained. Parking spaces are always available. The service here is amazing, very professional, super friendly and always on hand to assist in any way they can. A huge thank you to Naz & Erica for their excellent service making our stay here such a memorable experience. I highly recommend Figlex. Using Figlex office spaces for my company was a great decision - it’s conveniently located (7 min from Watford J station), super office space, the staff are always welcoming and the café on the ground floor is a great touch. When you walk in the building, I always get a positive feeling. Big shout out to Nas and receptionist Erica, they always go above and beyond and do their best to accommodate me and my team. Would definitely recommend FigFlex office spaces.
