Location is convenient for me, and there are sufficient amenities within the complex and the surrounding area. Tenants in the building are friendly, the building is well kept, and the building staff are approachable and friendly. The business centre manager, James Titchmarsh is always on hand if you need any help. Overall, my experience here is very pleasant. I have no complaints.

We have had our office here at BizzSpace since September 2022 and we have been extremely happy with the location, facilities and overall experience. The offices are modern, comfortable and well maintained. Each floor has clean shared spaces, including kitchen, a welcoming waiting space area. We are always proud and confident when clients visit us because we have the office in such outstanding building. A special mention goes to James, the manager of the building, who is always friendly, responsive and helpful. He consistently makes sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants have everything they need.

He took the time to understand the specific needs of a pharmacy setup and made sure the office space, access and facilities were aligned with our regulatory and operational requirements. Communication with James has always been clear, timely and professional, and any issues or questions were resolved quickly with a calm, solutions-focused approach. He went out of his way to support us during the move-in and fit-out, which made the whole process far smoother than expected.
