Booked a table here after visiting Waddeson Manor. Absolutely top notch food and service from Ellie. Both the roast beef and roast chicken dinners were fantastic,huge portions and great quality of food. Very impressed with everything and has got to be one of the best roast dinners we've ever had. Will definitely be coming back for another sunday dinner. Ellie thank you for your great customer service especially after it being a busy sunday. This pub is a little gem.

Lovely pub with excellent staff, great welcome. Our food was faultless 10/10 atmosphere and service excellent.... Great bar scene.... Small tight car park with limited spaces. The menu caught me out badly. £26 for my sirloin steak and it came with a flat mushroom and a full tomato cut in two..... Chips were £6 extra and with the 12% service charge(which was very very good I will add) my steak lunch did not cost £26......it cost £37.... Way too high considering I paid 30 pounds for a beautiful mixed grill a few weeks ago. I'm saying please make it clearer or simply add the 10 chips to the sirloin steak. I couldn't fault anything apart from that. Clean toilets and plenty of seating but a small garden.
