I’ve had my office at Fairgate House for over 4 years now, and I can honestly say the best part of this building is the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to James Ellis, the building manager – he is truly the best of the best. James is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond, whether he’s in the office or available on the phone during the day, evenings, even weekends. I can’t thank him enough. If you’re looking for a place where you feel genuinely looked after, this is it.

I have been based at Fairgate House in Tyseley since 2018 and have had a consistently positive experience. The reception team in particular Abbie Carter is always welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. Post handling is efficient and reliable, and any queries from walk in clients are dealt with promptly and effectively. Overall, it is a well-managed building that provides a smooth and supportive working environment.
