Feedback on Our Viewing Experience Thank you for the opportunity to view the office space at Trafford House, Bruntwood. We had a very positive experience throughout the process. The office met our requirements well, and the viewing was conducted professionally and efficiently. The space was presented to a high standard, and all of our questions were answered clearly. Following the viewing, we were pleased to move forward and have now agreed terms for a 2-desk office. We are currently awaiting the completion of the paperwork and look forward to finalising the agreement shortly. Overall, the experience has been smooth, professional, and straightforward. A decent building to work in! Only downside are the windows that are not performing as well as they should (letting air in) not great during winter months perfect for a summer day

Easy to find, modernised office building. Very close to a massive Tesco Extra and not too far from the Old Trafford Metro station.
