Clean pleasant sophisticated decor modern Facilities well maintained - knowledgeable friendly and helpful team Would like to see better recycling designated in bin area Temperature in offices is either too cold or too hot and sound proofing between offices isn't great and when there are persistent works outside in summer months. Some idea of that maintenance schedule to plan work might be beneficial to some. Love the efforts in communications, advice of events . Perhaps an intranet platform for news and updates is better than emails. A central notice board per floor . Some info shared in lifts but nothing in stairwell i.e yoga notice Recently upgraded some furniture thanks to other offices sharing their no longer needed items. Love this connectivity and speaking to other offices may not have otherwise met. Overall, thank you . Great team, inclusive and comfortable. Always been helpful p.s love the freebies , scones and lollies etc very thoughtful Re parking sadly very narrow spaces and numerous incidents. Wish CCTv was better even just for accountability or as a deterrent to drivers . Very difficult to squeeze car in almost impossible to get yourself out of your vehicle when using the multistorey

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Bruntwood.
