every thing here depend on money you can not request something to fix or change they ask money and it is so awful to live here,my partner gave 600 pound just because he forget to tell them we change our car and every day they wrote a ticket to him and he had to pay،This is despite the fact that they know us and we have been living here for two years.👎🏻

It is not the best place to live in, especially the management company they are not professional . Two of my parcel was stolen from the post room which supposed to be a safe place and when I called the property management, they just didn’t respond at all, they even didn’t respond to my calls or my texts. And never apologized at least for this , and we had an electricity cut for more than 3 days . And they were very slow responders, I don’t recommend living in this building.

one star would be too much. we rented this place with four friends, just for a weekend. The sofa bed was broken and impossible to sleep on with 2 people. Meanwhile the whole appartement smelled like it has been smoked in for ten years. It was impossible to contact them and so we had to book another hotel for our second night cause it was impossible to stay there. They should not be allowed to rent these apartments in the condition they are in, truly an embarrassment but we have been known with landlords. Useless money grabbers. If you want to make your stay in manchester worthwhile DO NOT GO HERE. I hope we get our money refunded but in any case i hope i can save some people with this review.

Rented this place through booking for 4 people. It was the most horrible experience ever. These rooms are in no way suitable for four people. The sofabed is super uncomfortable and dirty. It is not even possible to lie on it as it was broken. The one bed had dirty sheets and if you have any back problems i would not recommend you to lie on ot. Furthermore, the room was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. It was not even possible to open the windows for fresh air. When we tried to contact customer services we did not get any contact. We had to book a different room after this night of horror. I WILL get my money back. Do NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.
