Don't let the photos fool you...this place is even BETTER in real life! Co working hubs can be funny places at times- a mix of walk throughs with no real sense of community. This place is the opposite. From the first time I visited I felt so welcomed. No expense has been spared for the proper kit, from additional monitors, break out spaces, meeting rooms, good coffee and even a recording studio! Perfect space to get some proper focussed work done, yet still have a friendly environment to chat with fellow entrepreneurs!

MoW has been an instrumental part of the Firenze journey, having started with a single co-working desk a year ago it has now become the main Firenze base and where we get our geographically distributed team to come together once a month to share ideas and drive the business forward. The community itself has also shaped the journey with the opportunity to regularly bounce ideas around with peers on a similar growth trajectory and Eddie has even introduced us to potential clients; not something you expect from your landlord! On a personal basis I use the sanctuary of MoW a couple of days a week - it may be a 30m drive away now but worth it for how much more productive I am working in a space like this. Given the community being built here, it is also no issue getting people out of tiwn to come see me here and we have had VCs across the country make the trip to see the space.

A beautifully renovated space, and a peaceful and productive place to get things done. There are also meeting rooms for hire, a well equipped podcast studio, and excellent food and drinks available. Highly recommend for high grade co-work space away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
41 New Cross Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ministry of Work.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
