Converted in 1984, BSS House was the first business centre in Swindon and now has a well-developed business community.

Totalling 100,000 square feet (9,290 square metres), clients benefit from three unloading areas, an onsite café, CCTV and extra security patrols throughout the night. Our Swindon office space also offers plenty of free car parking spaces, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have a dedicated team based at our offices in Swindon, who are here to help your business grow. From 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, our staff can provide support by giving advice, helping with your marketing activities or simply by providing administrative services. These include faxing, photocopying, printing, laminating, typing and postal services, including franking.

A really good variety of businesses. We usually use it for music lessons. Feel the management of BSS missing a trick not hiring the place out at night for zombie apocalypse escape type events as it would be perfect for something like that if the business owners didn't mind! ;) in winter if you are going further back than the first section make sure you put your big coat on as it is pretty cold (but a boon for the menopausal amongst us) Really good to see an area of Swindon with lots of local businesses thriving.

I recently visited this area after a decade or so for a lash appointment and unfortunately missed sign where it mentioned that one needs to register their car I only realised this once I received a letter with a penalty for £60 and it stressed me further as I was already I middle of moving house. I called this 0800 number but was given a 01793 number. I called it and spoke to this absolutely polite assistant - Adele. I explained to her what had happened and she requested me to call the 0800 number. I further told her how I was given the 01793 number and if she can help rather than me getting lost in circles. Adele took all the details including the name of business, name of owner and unit number, so she can investigate. She told me she will try her level best to get it sorted but can't promise how long it will take. The very next day I get a call from her informing that everything has been resolved and I don't have to pay the penalty anymore. I can't even explain how happy I was to hear that. Well done BizSpace for having this amazing staff like Adele in your organisation. They are a asset to your Company!!
