I've been a client here for 4 years now, I couldn't speak more highly of the staff or set up. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating and the coffee's pretty good too!!
Very disappointing customer service. The whole experience felt poorly run and poorly managed, with a lack of clear communication and professionalism. My concerns were not handled properly, and I did not feel listened to or supported. Overall, the way the business is managed left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend it.
Disappointing and unpleasant experience to say the least. Business frequently uses AI within their processes (emails ect) Will be looking into more accommodating and better priced office spaces Would not recommend if you are looking for professionalism
Really bad experience with the organisation who own this building, they pride themselves on using AI for all of their responses so you’re never truly speaking to a real human!! The owner is rude and will put the phone down on you without any resolution. There’s much better quality office spaces at a better price nearby so please do your research and AVOID.
Awful and a highly unethical business. The owner is disliked by tenants and has a high turnover of staff in the building management team due to very poor management skills. Uses chat GPT for everything and tries to cut corners wherever possible to save money, including selling out of date food and drinks to tenants and visitors! The building is dated and needs maintenance, there are much nicer offices and meeting spaces in the area for a similar price.
