SureStore - Self Storage Stafford is clean and secure. The staff are really pleasant especially Katie, she is very friendly and helpful. She provided all the information I needed to help with the logistics of moving my belongings to the storage.

They asked for a review.. so here it is. In just a few months of having several units and a large office they bumped the rent up.. not a by a bit. ALOT. The app never works, the codes dont let you into the office part. Now the best bit. The "manager" came up whilst we were with a customer! Saying our payment was overdue and when would it be paid... AT 2PM on the day it was due! So certainly not overdue. They have also overlooked our unit again because payment was due THAT DAY. Random charges and amounts get taken throughout the month with no real way of knowing or keeping track. So yeah, all in all there's a few choices with storage in stafford, and unless you want constant agro, I'd use elsewhere.
