I never thought I would set up my own therapy office for private practice, but On Hub helped make my dream come true. They supported me in turning their office into my own little office space. The management team is friendly, professional, and very helpful. There are a few lovely spots to relax, enjoy lunch, or have coffee and the free coffee machine is a real treat on busy days! The environment is calm and relaxing, perfect for focused work or therapy sessions. The location is central, near the station, and convenient parking is available at Warrior Square just opposite the building. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed co-working space.

One Hub is a fantastic place to work! I've been based here for a few months now, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The space is modern and fresh, and there is a buzzing co-working community. The facilities are great, and the staff even better - there's always a friendly welcome and help with a smile.

Our studio has been situated in One Hub Southend for the past year. As well as being a professional setup with all necessary amenities and great location, One Hub boasts a great community of people, making a really friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hot desk/fixed desk or office space.

Brilliant - a professional yet laid back working environment. It's a clean and well maintained office, the coffee is fantastic!
At Maitland House, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with One Hub.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with One Hub, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
