Review: I had an awful experience with the Aer Lingus boarding staff. While I truly felt sorry for them, I couldn't overlook their attitude, which was disappointing. I have submitted a complaint regarding my experience and sincerely hope that the airline considers replacing them with individuals who possess better customer service skills.

Nice quiet airport, easily accessible by train and barely any queue for security. Lower star rating due to for offerings - if you're a vegan take your own food. I made the mistake of thinking I could buy something in a shop - two coffee shops and a shop all selling a few food items like sandwiches but nothing savoury that was vegan. The Olive Tree does have two vegan meal options, but rather extortionate at nearly £18 per meal
