Not the level of service I expected as a new paying customer. Very disappointing experience as a new customer at Spaces-Regus Slough. My account was up to date since signing from August and a Direct Debit was active. I even contacted another Regus team who checked the system and confirmed that my account was in order. Despite this, the Slough team instructed security to restrict access to my workspace, meaning I was prevented from accessing a service I had paid for. Even after I raised the issue, I spent the day waiting for somebody from Slough to resolve it and received no meaningful communication or explanation What I find most unacceptable is the way the situation was handled. If there is an administrative issue, you would expect staff to check the account, communicate with the customer and resolve it promptly. For a company selling professional office space, I expected a considerably higher standard of customer service, communication and professionalism.

I recommend this SPACES venue, very conveniently located, just footsteps away from Slough station. Sufficient booths and open space for working spaces. The team have always been attentive and a special mention must go to Anisha who has always gone above and beyond to ensure our experience is as expected.

I would like to give an excellent review for the spaces in Slough. There was a lovely staff named Anisha who helped me to guide in reviewing all the options and gave me the best deal to decide the perfect office. Cleanliness is great, staff is amazing, flexible work space. Highly recommend for office space.
