Had a good couple of days in Delta Hotels Heathrow Windsor. Good place to stay close to Heathrow if you have to quickly get to heathrow but still a bit away to enjoy sights and life. Hotel breakfast spread is good but limited options for Lunch and Dinner. Bar is ok, service is slow. Rooms are well appointed, reception staff are friendly and efficient. Ample parking onsite.

Disappointing stay at this hotel!! We checked in and right away our room had no hot water. We called and they sent a maintenance man who said it was “fixed” however it was not. The water was barely luke warm. Shortly after that the toilet stopped flushing. We then called the front desk again and had to transfer rooms at 1am. The new room was no better. The smell in the second room was awful!!!! It smelt like burnt hair and something rotting coming through the air ducts. I was travelling for holiday with a group of 4 and we were all left quite disappointed, the beds were also pretty uncomfortable, the mattresses and pretty firm and springs could be felt in 3/4 beds our group was in. On a plus… staff were polite and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. Overall i wouldn’t recommend staying at this site, and would not come back.

Just had buffet breakfast and was served by the loveliest lady Veronica ❤️ she made the best pot of hot filter coffee. I then had breakfast and she came over to speak to me and welcomed me and made me feel so good and less anxious about me starting work tomorrow. A beautiful lady with compassion and a smile that spoke volumes
