It's a bit of an older hotel, but the rooms were fantastic and the hotel staff were phenomenal. Good gym, great breakfast and M club. Tennis courts in the rear. For an overnight near Heathrow it was exceptional.

Great hotel. Location wise right of the M4 jct 5. So easy to find. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some works need to be done as the shower had no pressure so just dribbled water. Parking is free for guests. Would still use this place again. Just watch out for the little shop in the reception as the pricing is somewhat eye watering.

DISGUSTING HOTEL. Room 1507. My room’s airconditioner started leaking and to my surprise the maintenance guy started using the guest bath towel to soak the water. Actually, upon opening there was already a soaked bath towel inside and was just replaced. I won’t be surprised if all guest towel are used to clean bathroom and room surfaces before washing then serving to the guests. Please enjoy looking at the photo. This is the soaked towel used to dry my airconditioner. I called them twice to pick it up but 2 days after and I checked out no one came. Why am I still surprised?! And oh, breakfast buffet infested by flies.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Every time I stayed here, I found spiders in the room, which shows a lack of cleanliness. The air conditioning also didn’t cool properly, and the room was uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel was not clean and needs much better maintenance.
