Stayed a few times, love the president suite and juniour suite. As it provided more value especially when iv been grandchildren who loved being in presidential room and junior rooms. Normal rooms ok. Breakfast was good. No pool, but a gym, no business centre. Staff friendly, their main contract is Emrites Airlines who do get gold star treatment. The staff have always been pleasant to myself and family.

I stay here very often for work. Recently it's more noticeable that the standard is dropping significantly. A number of rooms I have stayed in have non effective Air-conditioning. Too hot to sleep and not enjoyable. My advice, look at the Courtyard on Bath road.

Don't come here if it's hot. A/C doesn't work in half the rooms which would be disappointing at a motel but unacceptable at a Delta.

Stayed for only one night but the room was spotless and the breakfast was superb
