It’s hard to put into words just how special Elsworth at the Mill made our wedding day. We only booked 12 weeks beforehand, but from our very first conversation we felt completely looked after. Hollie was absolutely amazing throughout , organised, reassuring, thoughtful and genuinely invested in making our day everything we wanted it to be.
We held both our ceremony and reception at Elsworth for around 40 guests, and it was the perfect setting for the intimate wedding we wanted. The venue is beautiful in its own right, but the team completely understood our vision and took so much care with all the decor and little details. Walking in and seeing everything come together was such a lovely moment.
The food deserves a special mention too. The chefs were so accommodating and created things especially for our day, including evening flatbread pizzas which were a massive hit, we had guests saying they were some of the best pizzas they’d ever eaten! They also made our wedding cake, which was incredible.
More than anything, it was the people who made our experience so memorable. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and genuinely lovely. Hollie felt more like a friend by the time the wedding came around, and knowing she was there meant we could completely relax and enjoy the day.
We don’t live locally, but you would never have known it from how smoothly everything came together. Communication was brilliant throughout and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Our wedding genuinely exceeded everything we had imagined, and we’ve had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate.
