Very disorganised, spa facilities are basic, changing rooms are basic. Showers are cold. Pool is cold. Not enough loungers. Rude management, food is sub par. Afternoon tea was a squeeze in a tiny and cold office room. Massages were really good though would go back for a one off treatment.

Went to Reynolds in Sittingbourne yesterday for a spa day. The staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating- can not fault them what so ever, however I was very disappointed with the overall premise of the day, had I known this was essentially a gym offering 'a spa day' I would never have booked this. I have been on other spa days and there has always been plenty of loungers to enjoy relaxing around the pool area and having some down time, we were a group of four however only two wooden loungers provided by the pool?! NO TOWELS PROVIDED- what!!! Members were using the swimming pool for 'serious' swimming so we didn't even feel we could stand around in there chatting. High Tea consisted of two scones and a choice of tea/ coffees which we had to book in for 11am, as two of us had treatments at 2pm-3pm and the other two at 3.30pm-4.30pm otherwise couldn't have this together. Lunch we had to pre order which was a choice of jacket potato or a panini. If you order a jacket potato only expect this on the plate no salad garnish or even salt and pepper on the table to use. No offer of a drink with lunch either. You sit in a cold side room for lunch and high tea, which is small therefore if there are others using this, you all hear each others conversation. I went an used the gym in the afternoon as our treatments were staggered, this was lovely and quiet, lots of equipment which was clean and looked after. If this was a stand alone gym and I lived close by I would definitely use, however I would NOT recommend this for a spa day. Two of our group had never been to a spa day and myself and sister in law who had left feeling very disappointed this was their first experience. My apologies to the staff for this negative review!

Booked a spa day in sittingbourne for my friends 60th . Oh wow ! Had an amazing day . Staff were so friendly , place was lovely and clean too. We used the facilities , jacuzzi, pool, hot beds, steam room , sauna. We then had back neck and shoulder massage and foot treatment which also included our arms . It was so relaxing 10 out of 10 thank u so much 😀 We also had a cream tea in a lovely room . Well done had such a nice pamper 🥰

Me and my sister visited Reynolds for a joint birthday treat. We had a wonderful time and felt so relaxed on our spa day. The treatments were amazing and we thought it was great value for money. Would recommend.
