Great communication from initially enquiring to placing a holding deposit, through to starting using the facility. All members of staff have been extremely helpful. Serve with a smile on their face. Go out of their way to help and even took time to interact and joke with my children. Competitive pricing, clean facility and handy app to access the storage facility as well as our storage room. Highly recommend
