I have never experienced such poor service. Being charged an extra £550 every month without any notice is completely unacceptable. For 5 months I’ve been trying to resolve this issue and speak with a manager, but nobody ever responds. Every time I call or visit, I’m passed from one person to another with no resolution. We have two offices here and I’m counting the days until we can leave. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. 😞

Unfortunately, the layout of the reception and co-working area seemed all wrong; the co-working desks were all located directly opposite the door, which meant that whenever someone came in or out (which, of course, is frequent), everyone working was blasted with cold air. There also didn't seem to be enough enforcement in place, as there were multiple times throughout the day where people brought in children/babies to the space, which didn't allow for a quiet and/or relaxing atmosphere - a real distraction. The food and drink facilities were also rather dire; there was no breakfast or lunch food available, so one had to leave the building for refreshments. If the reception area were swapped with the co-working space, this would improve the experience hugely, whilst also allowing for more oversight of people bringing in children to the space and disrupting others.
