If you are considering renting an office space here, please be careful and review everything in detail before signing. A lot of important information and additional costs were not properly explained to us from the beginning. The quoted price did not include VAT, which only became clear later. Additional charges, such as unlimited coffee and tea, were added without being properly communicated upfront, and some costs were pushed into later invoices unexpectedly. Facilities like the gym membership were promoted but were not activated for almost 2 months. On our first day, the process was not completed properly, we did not receive the office keys, and we were unable to access the office for almost 4 days while rent had already started. As a startup, this caused unnecessary disruption and wasted valuable business time. We had also discussed a room change beforehand, but even for that we constantly had to follow up ourselves. The office still contained the previous tenant’s belongings, yet we later understood that tenants are expected to pay restoration costs when leaving, despite the office not being properly restored when handed over to us. Another major concern was the contract renewal process. Tenants are required to inform them 3 months in advance if they plan to leave, but this was not properly highlighted or clearly communicated to us. Because of this, many tenants may only realise later that another contract period has already been activated, leaving them unexpectedly tied into further payments. We found this process very misleading and unfair. Overall, we spent far too much time dealing with operational and management issues instead of focusing on growing our business. Based on our experience, we would not associate with them again.

modern build, nice staff, clean and tidy. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE in warm weather, it was 20°c outside, and the temperature inside was 26°c and the air felt stuffy and warm with no way to open windows or turn on an A/C to cool everything down or improve air circulation. Have raised this with management multiple times and they continuously ignore it

Do not rent an office here. We rent an office here and have had endless problems for over a year. To name a few: 1. Broken heating/cooling. This week (in April) I’ve had to both use a space heater because it was uncomfortably cold, and wear shorts because it was uncomfortably warm (27c+). You do not get your own thermostat and are at the whim however the sun hits your office. 2. No sound proofing between offices. You can hear every conversation from your neighbouring offices, every word, and the music/radio they play. Do not plan to be able to have meetings in your own office. 3. Improper cleaning. The offices were rarely cleaned and when they were it was not done properly, dusty desks, chairs weren’t hoovered under, etc. We ended up hiring our own cleaners. 4. Poorly maintained toilets. About 50% of the time there has been at least one flooded urinal smelling of stale urine, or an out or order or blocked toilet cubicle. These are just the “big ticket” issues, there have been so many more small problems that should have been quick to fix but took months, like getting car park fobs. Spaces will tell you they cannot fix most of this because of the landlord, and yet will still happily rent you an office & take your money.

Very helpful reception and hosts. Clean room and facilities. Easy to find. Close to bus and railway stations. Parking at NCP is by card or phone and has plenty of spaces.
