Very convenient to stop and grab a coffee from Starbucks, have McDonald’s or Gregg's, do small shopping in Asda express and you can fuel /charg/ wash your car. All in one in this place👍

Tenant onboarding/off boarding experiences were both dreadful. I rented a private space in the startup zone and I’m still waiting for my deposit back two months after vacating the space and haven’t got any answers about it despite chasing. Astonishingly the key contact for this is completely ignoring me. I left the space cleaner than when I got it and have not been notified of any issues that would impact my deposit. On my initial visit to check the place out my ‘tour guide’ decided to have an intense 10 minute chat with some other tenants, leaving me standing around like a lemon. Another member of staff ended up stepping in to cut this social catch up short and get her to resume the ‘tour’. But then she just walked me back down to the building reception where it felt like she just cut the tour short and couldn’t be bothered to show me around any of the other facilities, instead just vaguely describing where they are and thanking me for coming. Signing the contract was also a surprisingly clunky experience which required me to print off the entire contract to sign it instead of just using docusign like literally any other business in 2023. It was also not indicated where I would need to sign anywhere within its pages. I assumed once signed I could just scan and email it back over to them, but they said I had to deliver the hard copy to them which again felt like another unnecessary and inefficient step. There was a lot of back and forth over the contract signing process as none of this was actually explained when it was first sent to me. When my tenancy started there was no welcome pack containing the information a new tenant would need on their first day such as Wi-Fi password which I had to chase them for so I could actually get myself set up. I will say all of the reception staff are so lovely and helpful, the facilities staff/cleaners are friendly and attentive, and the accounts team have been great too. But the people I’ve dealt with in onboarding and off boarding (tenant liaison and business development staff) have been utterly useless and rude with absolutely no clue about customer service. You don’t just blank somebody when they’re asking why you haven’t returned their deposit. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour.
