Great place
The location was really really good and beautiful countryside with views. However, it took far too long for my main dish to be served, I have to remind them at I am still waiting. The staff were good and very helpful. I wasn't there for a stay just for a meal, so I can't comment on their rooms.
Visited China Fleet for years whilst I didnt reside in the sw itself, my husband has been a member on & off for 18 years! Gorgeous apartments and surroundings. Now have memberships for the facilities now we live 10 minutes up the road. I do wish they did family memberships separately we potentially would be paying £80 a month each - hubbies the gym/sauna.. I use the pool with the toddlers. Years ago the food was beautiful and worth the money. I've always said China Fleet did the best breakfast in the SW. We just had dinner today tho & am so dissapointed! Hunters chicken - tinned pineapple and packet sliced cheese that wasn't melted with a generic sauce for roughly £19.00.. Mine was the fish & chips - The mushy peas picture speaks for itself... With St Mellion just 8 minutes extra to drive from home I would recommend anyone to check there on their membership deals etc before signing up here... 😔
Fantastic place to stay. Staff is super duper friendly and nice. Rooms are clean and good size. Short hair lady in the morning buffet is very helpful and giving a fantastic service. Lots of activities for kida and full family. Pool is very clean and big. A girl in the lifeguard team help my 9 year old son when needed. Fantastic trained staff! Rooms are bit dated and not much options in the breakfast buffet. But their smiling faces everywhere and good service beat that. Will definitely come back. Thanks
