The site general manager has been helpful, but Regus' corporate system, sales team, and facility staff have caused numerous issues. We do not recommend this location for companies needing ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or security. Tech companies should avoid it due to slow networking, expensive server racks, and poor temperature control. As a tech company running our own servers, we needed fast internet, a secure room, and air conditioning. Regus failed on all fronts: slow internet speeds, poor networking setup, and a leaking window that caused mold. This led to constant disruptions, equipment issues, and security risks, including easy access to our office. This location is unsuitable for companies with IT requirements.

I want to start off by saying that the site general manager has been great, working quickly to rectify issues and doing what is in his power to help us. That being said, Regus' corporate system, sales team and facility staff have caused us numerous issues that we have never faced in any other office location. We would not recommend any company who needs to meet ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials (Plus), or generally values security use these offices. Additionally, Tech companies or companies with IT requirements should avoid this site as the networking is too slow, rack server offering is more expensive than London based data-centres, and temperature control is limited by neighbouring offices. We are a Tech company who run our own servers in-office, meaning we needed 3 things: fast & reliable internet, a secure room, and air-con to prevent servers from over-heating under load. Regus has failed in all 3 of these, with the sales staff stating we should get ~350mbp/s which is only accessible via wi-fi and not ethernet as required by servers - which typically get less then 100mbp/s. It took over a week to get networking sorted due to mistakes from Regus' IT department, which led to revenue loss and considerable time and effort on our part to identify the problems and fix them. After moving into the office we discovered our room smelled of mould due to a leaking window. Whilst this window is due to be replaced, it has meant that we've had near constant disruption as overnight our desks and equipment have been moved, equipment unplugged and air-con turned up to max temperature (28C) - causing issues for our servers. Additionally, we've come into work in the morning to discover our office door and external window wide open, presenting massive security problems and making it impossible to meet ISO 27001 and/or Cyber Essentials (Plus) requirements. Our office door is available after just one key fob access, meaning any other facility members could have accessed our office and equipment, or one non-facility member just had to follow one key fob member in to gain access. Finally, the window is externally accessible and scalable from outside, meaning no key fob would be required to get in.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Guildhall Square operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
