Extremely disappointed with the service at this centre by IWG. The HQ Chatham Waters Management is extremely uncooperative and keeps shocking you with charges without clear communication. Since the start of the agreement with them, the hub has been inconsiderate, to say the least. Instance 1: When I joined the hub, and I went to the premises on the launch day, the space was not ready 100% and I was trying to understand the billing and find answers to my queries, and instead, they issued a late fee charge. Emails are present about me raising queries, with no consideration shown by the Hub management team to not charge me late fees, as I was getting my queries resolved. I asked them to remove the late fees, but they did not. And I had to pay the late fees, or I feared they would charge me another late fee. Instance 2: I paid all bills with the late fees and the security deposit. And then they raised another Deposit Request, when I had already paid the initial security deposit before joining. They gave the reasoning that if you put your card on direct deposit, this top-up retainer fee will be reversed. They keep a Security Deposit and then force you to put a Direct Debit; otherwise, you must pay a retainer fee. How much can a customer be shocked by the lack of communication, lack of empathy, and policies that force a customer to put a direct debit when he has cleared all bills with a late fee, on time? Did not know how to reach the management beyond the hub, hence had to write a review here for someone who is the brand custodian, to see and help me out.
