Incompetent at best, not following their legal duties more likely. Wait until neighbours are waking you up at 4am regularly or have rats, you'll realise these people are paid for nothing whilst giving themselves pay rises. The whole 'lets go green' where many areas are unkept and overgrown is also a fantasy. Pay more, get less.
Great atmosphere lovely building
It's okay when the trams are running but at moment not running started 15 till 28 August there are replacement buses but they don't not follow the tram stop i know that some stop are hard my partner works near Derka dose night shift soo has too set off early 20.30 start 22.00 and soo gets 409 cost more and walks if the replacement buses did what the are meant too do it would be soo much easier😖😤😡 😢
