I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Rochdale Borough Council's Parking and Enforcement team. Their customer service is unacceptable. On more than one occasion, calls have been ended while I was simply trying to resolve an issue. Instead of listening and investigating properly, I felt I was being dismissed. To make matters worse, I was accused of being responsible for a vehicle that I have not owned for over three years. Rather than carrying out the necessary checks, they appeared more interested in pursuing an innocent person for a penalty they were not responsible for. The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable. I would expect a public authority to investigate the facts before demanding payment from someone who has no connection with the vehicle in question. Based on my experience, the Parking and Enforcement team provides a very poor level of service, and I sincerely hope significant improvements are made to their customer service and investigation procedures.

Ongoing problem with lazy binmen, not putting the bins back where there picked up from im disabled and every Friday they leave my bin half way down the street, disgusting service..

A council that fails to follow the laws that are established needs to be replaced by members of the community that have the best interest for the community.
