I had a great experience with this storage thanks to Megan. She was incredibly nice, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Megan explained everything clearly and helped me get the best deal for my situation without any pressure. Excellent customer service from start to finish, i highly recommend this and prices and access were the best around this area!

Been using this storage unit for my small business and it’s been great. The 24/7 access is a massive factor for me and makes everything a lot more convenient. Megan & Nicola have been brilliant throughout both are really helpful, easy to deal with and always quick to answer any questions. The site is clean, secure and well looked after too. Would definitely recommend & the first 3 months are half price bonus!

I am extremely disappointed with the management at StoreFirst regarding their billing practices. I was hit with a hefty late fee because my payment was slightly overdue, despite the fact that the due date fell right in the middle of the Easter bank holiday weekend. You would think a professional storage company would have some level of "situational awareness" regarding public holidays. Most businesses understand that banking processing times can be delayed or that people are away with family during major holidays, but StoreFirst seems more interested in automated penalties than customer service. Main Issues: No Grace Period: Even a 24-48 hour window would be reasonable, especially over a long weekend. Lack of Human Oversight: It feels like their system is set to "predatory mode," automatically charging fees without checking if the facility or banks were even operating normally. Poor Value: When you factor in these hidden "gotcha" costs, the storage suddenly becomes much more expensive than competitors. If you are looking for a storage provider that treats you like a human being rather than a line item on a spreadsheet, look elsewhere. They have zero interest in being reasonable—just in collecting as many fees as possible.
