Megan and Guy couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Megan initially helped me out with a storage unit when I was in desperate need when my family made me and my wife homeless in 2025, and now in 2026 when I needed help again she was there again. Guy was also very helpful and informative when it came to the products and services they had. Smooth service from both We couldn't be happier, 10/10 :)

Guy and Megan at Storefirst Rochdale have been an absolute godsend to us. After having to find some urgent storage for large items of furniture, they found us a unit immediately and at a reasonable price. Within 24 hours Megan was at our property with the van for us to load (free of charge may I add!) and we have now safely moved our possessions. The chauffeur service is fantastic as without it, we would have also had to pay for transport to the units, we had no idea this service existed and for people like us who needed to move quickly, this is amazing. The unit is clean and dry and perfectly positioned for our furniture, the use of the handy trollies is also a great help in getting large items to your unit. Thank you both, you have made a horrible situation so much easier.
Helpful staff on hand and fully flexible to meet uncertain timings with house move. Can’t compare to other storage sites but more than happy with my experience including costs.
