Reading Business Centre is more than just a serviced office, we offer a complete creative business hub! We are located across floors 6, 7 and 8 within Fountain House, situated above Broad Street Mall in the centre of Reading. With stunning panoramic views over the city centre, our offices offer the finest executive layouts for 2 to 50 desks, as well as access to meeting rooms, luxury breakout areas, business lounges and fully stocked kitchens. We provide a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, chilled water, fruit, biscuits, Wi-Fi, room-controlled air conditioning, notepads and pencils, whiteboards, easel stand and flip chart (A1 size) and projectors, as standard. We provide the support to make sure you can get started as soon as you move in.
Upon arrival please call Reading Business Centre on the intercom, who will buzz you in. Otherwise enter the door access code (we will share this with you prior to your appointment) go to the 8th floor where our team will welcome you.

At Reading Business Centre, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with International Upload.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with International Upload, who is more than happy to help out.
