Great for walking around the lakes and good eating places

After reporting to green park via Nuffield gym that the stairs for the carpark were icy, 1 1/2 later nothing had been done. People are slipping up and down these stairs and management won't take any action. It's not as if freezing temperatures haven't been around for a few days.
