As a landlord or tenant, I would highly recommend Property Foundations Group (PFG for short). I have dealt with Kristen, Adam and Paul, all good people with their morals in the right places, something that is rare in the world of property investment. I found PFG to be very professional and thorough in the way they do things, keeping the interests of tenants and landlords great at all times, and they are always on top of the safety compliance requirements that do often change. They seem to know how to keep their cool and coherence, which is a big plus in such a chaotic industry as property letting. My rental was a flat, but I also observed that their Room Lets have good systems in place for communal areas being cleaned by cleaning contractors, something I noticed when I was meeting a friend at one of their other properties. More importantly this means that tenants who rent rooms from PFG don’t have to argue who is going to wash up, clean, vacuum, and so on, and landlords that want to let out their properties as rooms don’t have to get involved in as much headache like this. They also have a good maintenance booking system for anything that goes wrong. Fortunately in my case I didn’t have to use it, but I did a test run (which I later cancelled) just to see how well it worked. I always worry that something could go wrong and the landlord is on holiday (or something like that), but when renting through PFG, there really is no need to be concerned about this, as they have access to contractors around the clock. Safety is utmost priority. PFG were really on top of my safety: During my mid-tenancy, the Annual Gas Safety Check was due. I wasn’t really keeping a very good track of my diary at the time, so when it came to this VITAL day, I was unintentionally unavailable. Paul went above and beyond his call and duty to make sure the inspection was carried out on time, by going out of his way to reach me successfully (without any intrusion). Now this might, to some readers, seem a bit trivial, but actually it really isn’t, because Gas Safety Checks are often carried out EXACTLY 1 year after a boiler installations/upgrades/repairs, and there are parts in boilers that only last 366-400 days so that they stop working just after the warrantee period expires. In otherwords, had it not been for the systems PFG put in place, the inspection could have lapsed over that 366 day boundary, putting me in a potential spot of danger. It’s important for readers to diarise their safety inspection dates to avoid the same sort of thing happening. The half-yearly inspection was also all-fine, safety wise, as well. Jenny asked me whether I was happy for her to take photos of the smoke alarms (that are in every room) to show to their Maintenance Team just to make sure there weren’t any issues, and it was all fine. All in all, very good.

Dealt with this company through my existing rental company amalgating and thought" here we go, another faceless company trying to rip me off" I couldn't be more wrong. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and dealt specifically with my rental standing in a timely and efficient manner. They always kept me in the loop as to what certain situations were regarding the place I was living. Thankyou all cant fault you!!

We rented one of the property of PFG. We just ended our contract but we are happy how they manage us. If we just did not have problem with the tenants downstairs we might still be staying in the property. We are thankful with Paul how he dealt with our issues and the agency how they responded with our needs. With regards to our check out, they are really honest with the inventory and we are happy that we got our deposit honestly and responsibly. Thank you PFG! I can recommend them to everyone!
