I booked via the app, was really straight forward. Office space is clean. Would highly recommend. Would be good if the coffee shop would be open already (currenly fittingout)as a new building it needs the life.
Really good location - a couple of minutes' walk from Reading Station, so I was off the train and sat down at a desk before I'd even finished my coffee. Space is quiet, decent natural light, and the meeting room I used actually had working AV which isn't always a given. Would use again next time I'm in Reading.
