Amazing facilities. An very inspiring environment. The team are exceptional. The booking rooms and the location is perfect with ample security and parking. All space for hire is of high value. The leadership and management team have been beyond amazing. Very clean and they have an inside café. They are very accommodating. Perfect for all events. Excellent business centre in Rainham, providing good quality office, meeting room, and conference facilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Within easy access of the A13 and accessible via bus routes along with ample parking. Thank you to the whole team at CEME

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I am absolutely delighted with my experience at the CEME Innovation Centre. From the very beginning, Malcolm provided an outstanding service. He guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire journey of securing my office straightforward and stress-free. His professionalism, transparency, and support were greatly appreciated. As a new business owner, finding the right environment is incredibly important, and I can honestly say that CEME has exceeded my expectations. The facilities are excellent, the offices are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and inspiring. One of the things I value most is the strong sense of community and networking opportunities. 1. The reception staff 2 different staff members, both looked like they were so miserable in their current roles, I seriously think they need to think about changing their jobs (1 man & 1 woman) 2. The toilets had no hand soap and tissue all over the floor at various times over the 4 hours there, are these never checked? 3. We tried 4 times to use the vending machines and were unable to do so using our phones or bank card, we have never had issues with other machines at other venues so had to stick with tap water as to not overheat & dehydrate. 4. Lastly, our function was constantly being interrupted by office users who thought it was perfectly okay to stand next to our function casually taking phone calls on their mobiles and having chats with friends, completely disregarding the function taking place right in front of them. Ceme has seriously gone down hill in the last 6 months the way it hosts its venue to users. It used to host events to a much higher standard!

The building is amazing and the staff really friendly. My only criticism is the rooms; temperature. The air-con is centrally managed and sometimes it gets too hot and not fans are available.
