I needed a quiet working space for a few hours - The Host Space was perfect. Strong WiFi and comfortable seating in the beautiful church hall, free tea / coffee (with more options and food also available at the Host Cafe a few steps away), and quiet enough for me to take calls without distraction. There are easy paid parking options within the church grounds or outside on the street. The money you pay (half day or full day options are available) for using the working space is very reasonable and goes to the church and good causes supporting the community. The Host Space is now my firm choice if I'm back in Portsmouth and need a comfortable working space.

The food here is not bad at all and the space is quiet enough for you to get work done.

This is an excellent work space. Spent the day here no problem before taking the ferry to France. Fast wifi. Quiet but able to attend calls and meetings. Adjoining cafe is very nice and well priced. This church has many great community programs and am happy to have been able to support them. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

At IncuHive Spaces - Aggie Weston House, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with IncuHive Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with IncuHive Spaces.
