• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Midland House may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Midland House? How about for a day or a month?

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Midland House.

• Can I visit Midland House before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Midland House operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
