The worst hotel in uk Upon arrival toilet in reception was extreemly dirty so we cancelled reservation and we did not receive any compensation. Strongly recommend avoid this hotel

Our experience at the hotel was truly delightful. We would especially like to thank Sonia for her kindness and excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very enjoyable to stay in. Sonia made breakfast even better by helping with our dietary requests and ensuring we felt comfortable at all times. The breakfast itself was delicious, and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel made our stay even more memorable. We will certainly visit again.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Sonia was especially helpful during breakfast, taking great care of our dietary requirements with kindness and professionalism. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. We would happily return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to give a special thank you to Sonia for making our experience so enjoyable. We loved the hotel, and the rooms were very comfortable. Sonia, the manager, assisted us at breakfast and was incredibly kind and accommodating with our dietary requests. She truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and happy. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience here. The receptionist on check in was really personable and genuine - I believe his name was Ryan? I was late down to breakfast the next morning but the girl on duty (Sonia) ensured I got hot coffee and the chef (Darren) cooked me some fresh sausages and bacon - all went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and I’m so appreciative of that! Thanks guys :)
