My experience with this centre has been extremely disappointing. I was misled during sign-up about key features such as parking and office customisation, only to be told later that these were not available. The office itself was unsuitable for professional use: no ventilation control, constant fan noise, poor soundproofing, and no proper privacy. The meeting rooms can only be booked on the same day, making them impractical for professional scheduling. The space was in poor condition on arrival, the printer was frequently unusable, and basic health & safety information was never provided. On top of this, I was billed almost £1,900 in under 20 working days, including an attempt to apply a third retainer — something I found unacceptable. Combined with numerous negative reviews about unexpected charges, this left me with no confidence in the company’s practices. Overall, the centre felt more focused on extracting money from tenants than on providing a professional environment. I cannot recommend it.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with only went to look made it clear I was not going to commit as I was about to go in hospital I was asked to click an email to say I had received a quote I was not thinking straight and somehow on my mobile phone signed a contract they refused my 14 day cooling of period so I had to go along with it I hardly used it I was charged restoration fee when the place was in a mess when I moved in only had a single desk not sure what they where restoring After I left was promised my deposit would be returned within the following month then I complained and was told it was being processed on 3rd July I have now given it 10 days after and still no deposit refund It’s just lie after lie

Very frustrating company to deal with and a complete rip off when you leave! We rented 7 offices for three months whilst building work was going on at our premises. It started with late payment charges because although I had a credit card attached to my dashboard I wasn’t told that the first payment had to be done manually. They then took £1600 from my account but didn’t credit it to my account, it took 4 weeks of going back and forth with their accounts department for them to track it down and log it to my account. They then took a second deposit from me and didn’t log that to my account either, which meant over £5000 was missing from my deposit account, once again it took over 4 weeks for them to rectify this and show it as a credit in my account. On moving out a cleaning charge of £2300 was applied, this is a standard charge but the rooms were empty so this was just for hoovering which seems ridiculously expensive! They say it’s for cleaning the walls, and spot cleaning the carpets but this isn’t done and you get landed with another £2k plus bill for work that wasn’t your fault to start with. One of the rooms was not used in the three months we were there so it was handed back in exactly the same condition as we got it, yet “there is grease on the wall that needs repainting” Four weeks ago I asked for proof of the rooms before they were handed to us, and I have been ignored. They have taken the money without my consent. They still have my £8k plus deposit even though they are supposed to refund 30 days after the contract ends which was 41 days today. Emails get ignored, there is no one to speak to it’s an absolute joke! This has been the most stressful three months, I 💯 would not recommend Regus.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At City Centre, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
