Richard Brock was my assigned agent. He provided me with quick, efficient assistance with my first transfer at TorFX. Having a direct contact makes them stand out from the rest. After a big hassel with another company TorFX restored my faith, I had my money in Friday, exotic currency exchanged on Monday and delivered by Wednesday night. Trust them they know what they are doing! Would recommend and will use again.

I have used Tor several times without complaint and until my last transaction all went smoothly. The last transaction, which was the largest caused a problem because the currency was to be used to buy a property in Thailand, anyone doing the same using Tor, please make sure that the money is exchanged through ONE bank, that bank being yours in Thailand, as a TT3 letter is required by Thai law that justifies the funds for the sole use of. In my instance the conversion was done through an intermediary bank ie. two banks were involved so the TT3 letter could not be produced. This caused a major problem, I have contacted Tor by email to advise them and unfortunately received no reply, when I return to the UK I will press for an explanation

Were good but their rates are little better than the high street banks sadly. Recommend go elsewhere. But if you have a large transfer, want good customer service and someone trustworthy - go for it. Used them for 15 years.
