We’re really happy with the facility. What makes it special is that it’s not some big, overly polished or cold space — it has warmth and a genuine atmosphere. We can see how much effort goes into making sure we have everything we need here, and that makes all the difference. I also want to highlight Izzy’s performance. She is amazing — so young, yet with such a solid understanding of both the place and our needs. I sometimes step out of my office just to chat with her for a few minutes when I need to reset my mind. She always senses how busy I am, and last time she surprised me by asking if there was anything she could do to help. That really shows her professionalism and care. I hope she has the chance to continue developing her skills and to shine — she truly deserves it.

I have been working inside the podium space in Oxford for around 6 months now and have been impressed with the friendly atmosphere and support. No request is too much for the team downstairs, from printing to booking rooms for meetings. The facilities are always kept nice and clean with the tea bag pot always freshly restocked, which is always a bonus when I am in! Organised events are always a successful and a great way to either take a break or network with other companies and businesses in the building! Thank you, Millie and the Team, for the continued support! And a special mention to Izzy for always doing my printing!

SANDFORD GATE - As a care agency based in Oxford, having a central, easy-to-reach location isn’t just convenient—it’s essential. Podium ticks every box for us. The team there is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, even when we turn up with the kind of questions only a care agency can dream up. The Dock has also become our unofficial second home. There’s always something happening—breakfasts, coffee catch‑ups, and themed activities for Valentine’s Day, Eid, Christmas… you name it, they celebrate it. And when the office gets a bit too lively, the comfy chairs and quiet corners are absolute lifesavers. Quite literally the calm in our care‑sector storm.
