Amazing customer service from Michelle. I called panicking about possibly having lost my keys to my unit. She calmed me down reassured me that all will be ok. Michelle asked I hold the line, flowing this she confirmed they had a spare key to my unit and she can change the lock for us! Amazing support from Michelle, her manager needs to acknowledge her great customer service! Thanks again Michelle.

I made an enquiry online for a storage unit and got a follow up call from Simon, we confirmed how much I would be storing at the unit to confirm the best size and then he gave me my options for time and how much each would cost. He was very polite throughout the conversation and was clearly knowledgeable about the units, we discussed some concerns I had and he put my mind at ease, honestly he made my experience great. Fully recommend.
