Would give less than 1 star if I could. The 6th floor Regus is disgusting. Do not rent here if you are a business. The rooms are like something from the 1980's. So old fashioned. No heating in the winter and no air con in the summer. Walls are paper thin. Cleaning is pretty much non-existent. Random people having phone calls in the hall way, so everyone can hear them in another room. Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Constantly cover in pee and faeces and they are freezing cold, with no hot water either. Wifi has a poor signal too. No idea why businesses would come to this floor. Not worth anywhere near the money they charged. Look elsewhere.

The UKVCAS is a very friendly place. Toilets available. No parking available. Even though you can park on the other side of the road around St. Barnabas Cathedral or at the council parking which is a few yards away from this place.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • At Regus - City Centre, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • To truly understand what Regus - City Centre has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
