Amazing experience, staff where great knew everything about the bikes to help me decide, even let me test ride the bike, Caitlyn was great so helpful and no pressure
Couldn't be bothered to clean off the excess grease and contaminated the rear brake, Couldn't be bothered to route the cables back through the frame properly. Shocking service, put me off specialized as a brand. Emailed them about and got ignored.
Great service from the guys. Problem with my rear Derailleur skipping gears. Popped in and sorted within 15 mins and a quick lesson in fine tuning. Oh and Phil is great for a bike fit. Top service guys.
