Had a problem with my forks. Rang at 10:15am and was told by Jacob to bring my bike down we have a cancellation. On arrival greeted and spoke to by Jacob he fixed what looked like a poor quality part I was back on my bike riding 15 minutes later with a greater knowledge of the problem that does occur on bikes. Thank you Jacob I went on to cover 42 miles see you for my service when it’s required

Called in after my Levo SL presented an undocumented error on the TCU. After some initial confusion regarding the motor, Pete soon sorted it, quickly reconfigured the unit, did a speed calibration and got me underway. All good and zero cost. Good team.

Dropped my bike in at 4pm today for a warranty issue, and the service by Wayne once he knew i wanted to ride in the morning (Dropped everything he was on with & got my bike in the stand) was epic. 30mins to diagnose, warranty approve & fit the new part. This could just have made me a Spesh customer for life 🤘
