Time wasters, avoid this company. They told me a property I was interested in was available, booked me in for viewing after initially messing me about, still only to cancel on me last minute and said it was due to access issues. They sent me a WhatsApp message to say they can reschedule if I provided my availability which I did and but did not hear back. Decided to ring them only to be told the property was not available. So unprofessional and manipulative. Not worth dealing with them if you value honesty and peace of mind.
They lied and deceived me, left their stupid sign out which is going on the bonfire. Never using them again.

As a new tenant entering the rental market I found Alexander & Co to be head and shoulders above the other providers I interacted with locally. Each telephone call and property visit was dealt with swiftly and professionally and the application service dealt with a level of support that I found wanting in other providers. they clearly know their properties and can provide valuable insight into their client's properties. I found this lacking in some other providers I dealt with. Upon commencing the rental and discovering issues these were dealt with very swiftly. Frankly, if I was looking to rent out my own property I wouldn't look further.
